In terms of facility treatment, two uses of our pumps are drying and oxygen extraction. The use of vacuum pumps in the central vacuum system is mainly to remove dust to ensure workplace cleaning.
Floor Drying
The setting of concrete floors requires a lot of water, so the floor cannot be installed nor wallpapered until it is sufficiently dry. While it is common sense to let the house dry out naturally, this method is impractical due to time constraints. Drying with a dehumidifier is faster and more efficient, and installing a dryer pays off quickly.
To dry the floor, drill 50mm holes in the insulation. The air ring blower blows dry air into the moisture proof area through the hose system, taking away the moisture air, the resulting pressure allows the moist air to escape from the edge of the floor, or through suitable drain holes.
Set up a condensing device or an absorption drying device indoors to absorb moist air and dry it thoroughly.
Waterway Pipes Corrosion Protection
For tall buildings, the water pipes in the building must be protected against corrosion. Corrosion protection can be achieved by using a protective barrier, taking advantage of the fact that deoxygenated water corrodes metals much less than untreated water.
The water flows through the oxygen permeable layer in the vacuum unit, diffusing the passing oxygen and expelling it out of the water. At the same time, a vacuum-generating liquid ring pump expels the oxygen/air mixture produced during the diffusion process.
Central Vacuum Cleaning System
Conventional vacuum cleaners perform better when vacuuming than when emptying, and do not do any substantial filtration.
Central vacuum cleaning system, which consists of vacuum units and filters installed in the basement of the building, with intentionally spaced openings in each room to install vacuum hoses next to electrical outlets, can efficiently and quietly remove dust and allergy-causing substances through the pipeline.
