Acid and alkali etching treatment
The purpose of etching treatment after degreasing is to remove oxides on the metal surface. The etching treatment is generally carried out in an acidic solution. Most metal oxides and the metal itself can chemically react with an acid solution of appropriate concentration.

After a part of the hydrogen is adsorbed on the metal surface, it will make some metals brittle. In order to avoid the brittleness and excessive corrosion of the metal, a corrosion inhibitor can be added to the etching solution, and the concentration and temperature of the etching solution can be properly controlled.
The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is to use the "void phenomenon" of the medium caused by it, that is, the vibration of the ultrasonic wave causes the density of the cleaning medium to change to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
The vibration makes the medium sometimes sparse and sometimes closed, and when it is sparse, an instantaneous gap is formed, when it is closed, the instantaneous impact force can reach several atmospheres and fall into the solution.
