Vacuum Valve for Vacuum System

For most vacuum systems, a vacuum valve should have the following performance:

  1. Anti-rust

Materials in contact with the vacuum environment must have good rust resistance. Therefore, aluminum alloys, copper alloys and stainless steels are widely used to manufacture vacuum isolation components.

  1. The working pressure range is 0~2.5×105Pa

The relatively wide pressure range will make the product more widely used, and the sealing of the valve plate is preferably bidirectional, at least the valve plate can also be sealed when the atmospheric pressure is reversed.

  1. Low leak rate

In the high vacuum field, lower leak rate is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the system and is very effective for reducing production costs.

  1. When starting, the vibration is low and the impact on the system is small.

  2. Compact structure and light weight

  3. Clear valve position indication

  4. Optional valve opening and closing signal controller can be installed, which is convenient for programming automation control.

  5. High conductance

  6. The bellows is used as the dynamic seal of displacement. It has no dynamic air leakage, no grease pollution, high reliability, higher reliability compared with rubber seals,  and can avoid particle pollution.

  7. Try to avoid using vacuum grease in the vacuum part.

  8. Minimize the useless space inside the vacuum parts to ensure that the vacuum is obtained less time.

  9. Reduce power consumption as much as possible
