The vanes of the rotary vane pump divides the crescent-shaped space enclosed by the rotor, the pump cavity and the two end covers into three parts.
Rotary vane type vacuum pump (referred to as rotary vane pump) is an oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump. Its working pressure range is 101325~1.33×10-2 (Pa), which belongs to low vacuum pump. It can be used alone or as a backing pump for other high vacuum pumps or ultra-high vacuum pumps. It has been widely used in the production and scientific research departments for metallurgy, machinery, military industry, electronics, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, medical and pharmaceutical industry.

Equipped with a gas ballast valve, which can extract a small amount of water vapor.In the ambient temperature range of 5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, the air inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa, allowing long-term continuous operation, and the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened.
Equipped with automatic anti-return oil check valve, easy to start.
The air inlet should not be operated continuously for more than one minute without airflow.
It is not suitable for the extraction of gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react to pump oil, and contain particulate dust, as well as gases that contain too much oxygen, are explosive, and are toxic.
