Dry Screw Vacuum Pump for Vacuum Coating

Vacuum coating technology is an important part of exterior decoration engineering technology, and vacuum coating material is one of the indispensable materials for vacuum coating technology. The working principle of the screw vacuum pump is the same as that of the general positive displacement pump, and it is composed of main parts such as stator, rotor, rotary vane, cylinder and motor. The rotor with rotary vanes is eccentrically installed in the fixed cylinder. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the four radial sliding rotary vanes in the rotor groove divide the pump cavity into four working chambers. The cylinder wall separates the inlet and outlet ports of the stator, and it runs repeatedly, changing the volume, and discharging the inhaled gas from the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of air extraction.  


Because the application of dry screw vacuum pump in vacuum coating has many advantages, such as short curing time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, no solvent, low pollution, etc., it has received more and more extensive attention today when environmental protection work is paid more and more attention.
