Dry Screw Vacuum Pump for Vacuum Coating

Vacuum coating technology is an important part of exterior decoration engineering technology, and vacuum coating material is one of the indispensable materials for vacuum coating technology. Vacuum coating technology has been widely used in various plastics including metal plastics and non-metallic plastics.

In many coating processes (eg deposition of metals, plastics or glass in vapor form), vacuum technology plays a decisive role. Generally at the beginning of the process, a moderate or high vacuum is applied to the chamber to evacuate the chamber, and then extract the reaction gas or vaporize the solid raw material.

One requirement of the vacuum coating process is that the chamber must maintain a moderate or high vacuum that is fully compliant with the coating process requirements.

Coating is a continuous film that is coated on the surface of the object to be protected or decorated and can form a firm adhesion with the object to be coated. Auxiliary, viscous liquid prepared with organic solvent or water. It has four main functions: protection, decoration, concealing product defects and other special functions to enhance the value of the product.

Vacuum coating are now widely used in the following aspects:

  1. Gifts, accessories, handicrafts

  2. Decoration and decoration products

  3. Reflectors of various lamps and lanterns

  4. Electronic goods

  5. Packaging supplies

Dry screw vacuum pump is a technological product with very high technical content. It is mainly used in high-purity vacuum process. The vacuum degree is extremely high, which can adapt to harsh working conditions, and easy to do anti-corrosion treatment.

The working principle of the screw vacuum pump is the same as that of the general positive displacement pump, and it is composed of main parts such as stator, rotor, rotary vane, cylinder and motor. The rotor with rotary vanes is eccentrically installed in the fixed cylinder. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the four radial sliding rotary vanes in the rotor groove divide the pump cavity into four working chambers. The cylinder wall separates the inlet and outlet ports of the stator, and it runs repeatedly, changing the volume, and discharging the inhaled gas from the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of air extraction.

Because the application of dry screw vacuum pump in vacuum coating has many advantages, such as short curing time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, no solvent, low pollution, etc., it has received more and more extensive attention today when environmental protection work is paid more and more attention.
