In aquaculture, rational use of aerators can not only prevent and reduce floating heads, but also improve water quality, strengthen pond water circulation, and promote plankton reproduction.
The other purpose of the fish pond aeration blower is to send air into the air pipeline, the air pipeline to send the air into the microporous aeration pipe or other aeration devices. Due to its small pore size, it can produce a large number of microscopic bubbles emerging from the pipe wall and dispersed into the water, and the rising speed is slow, the bubbles move in the water and the stroke is long, and the water is fully in contact with the water.
The up and down flow of water brings the oxygen-rich water from the upper layer to the bottom layer, while the rotating flow of the water diffuses the oxygen-rich water around the microporous tube outwards to achieve even aeration of the aquaculture pond water.
In aquaculture, the growth of aquatic organisms is the same as that of human beings. Oxygen is indispensable. Especially when the air pressure is low and in cloudy weather, the dissolved oxygen in the water will decrease sharply, leading to hypoxia in the water. If the oxygen is not increased in time, the floating head will die due to lack of oxygen.
However, in normal times, external equipment is also needed to increase the dissolved oxygen in the water. There are two commonly used pond aeration blower. One is the aeration vehicle floating on the water, such as the traditional waterwheel type and the fountain type. Another is nano aeration technology, such as roots blower and high pressure blower.
