Q: How to place an order?
A: After we discussed all terms like price, price term, shipping term, etc, we will issue proforma invoice with our bank details. After we received payment or advance payment, we will arrange production.
Q: What product categories do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in pumps and vacuum equipment, including side channel blower, centrifugal fan, rotary vane vacuum pumps, dry scroll vacuum pumps, rotary piston vacuum pumps, oilless piston vacuum pumps, diaphragm pumps, reciprocating pumps, molecular pumps and oil diffusion pumps.

A: We work in pumps and vacuum equipment in the areas of plastic & rubber industry, medical & pharmaceutical industry, food & beverage industry, packaging industry, textile industry, printing industry, electric power plant, chemical & petrochemical industry, pulp & paper making industry, mine industry, environment protection related industry, ocean shipping industry, facility handling, metallurgy, woodworking, HVAC, etc.
Q: What are your typical MOQs (minimum order quantities)?
A: We don't have MOQ requirements.
Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We only work with vetted factories that are located in key production regions in China, such as Shanghai, Zhejiang province, Jiangsu province, Shandong province, Beijing, etc. This allows us to flexibly more production across regions, balance capacity constraints and meet clients' needs.
And we use a combination of AQL inspections, in-line checks, and final pre-shipment inspections. Our QC teams troubleshoot issues early to prevent delays or defects.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: We accept payment by PayPal, Western Union, Alipay, Bank Telegraphic Transfer etc.
Q: Do you conduct pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspections?
A: Yes. We perform inspections at every stage: before production, during production runs, and before goods leave the factory. This ensures consistent quality and compliance.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship globally! We can ship to your local sea port by sea, to air port by air, to station by train, or door to door to your warehouse by sea or express like FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Q: Do you handle international shipping and customs clearance (FOB, DDP, duties, taxes)?
A: Yes. We manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery under FOB, CRF, DDU, or other incoterms. This allows you to receive goods directly without dealing with complex logistics.
Q: What shipping and export documentation do you provide?
A: We provide all necessary export documents, including packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, certificates of quality, customs declaration paper, or other required documents.
Q: Do you provide sample?
A: We provide sample with charge.
Q: Can you not put your logo or company information on pump nameplate?
A: All our pumps must have our logo and company information on the pump nameplate.
Q: Do you do OEM?
A: Yes, we do OEM. We will need your business license, intellectual property and necessary documents to prove that you own that brand. If future quantity is large, we won't charge for molding fee. If quantity is small, you need to pay for molding fee.
Q: What's your lead time?
A: For export, we usually don't keep any pump in stock, usually lead time is around 7-20 days. For different pumps, different material, different quantity, different ordering time, the lead time is different, please double check with our sales team when ordering.
Q: What's your packaging?
A: For pump weight less than 20kgs, we usually use strong and solid carton box. For pump weight more than 20kgs, we usually use plywood box, which is suitable for international shipping. Please let us know if you need special packaging.
