MACF Series Centrifugal Fans Description

The MACF series centrifugal fans are single-inlet centrifugal fans with circular interfaces, using a backward-curved centrifugal impeller directly connected to the motor.

They are used for conveying or exhausting corrosive and high-humidity flue gas, mist, or chemical acid and alkali gases. The dust and hard particle content should be ≤150mg/m³ and the gas temperature ≤60℃.

These centrifugal fans are suitable for exhausting corrosive fumes and gases: sulfuric acid, sulfurous acid, nitric acid, nitrous acid, hydro fluoric acid, Boris acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, soda, ethanol, potassium hydroxide, methanol, propane, benzene, formaldehyde, etc.

These centrifugal fans are not suitable for conveying gases containing the following chemicals: viscous substances, aromatic compounds, ketones, chromic acid, etc.

MACF Series Centrifugal Fans Applications

The MACF series centrifugal fans are suitable for acidic and alkaline environments. They feature corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and resistance to aging, low noise and high efficiency.

They are widely used in scientific research, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, medicine, electroplating, mold workshops, chemical warehouses, laboratory fume hoods, and environmental protection equipment, for ventilation and exhaust of acidic and alkaline harmful gases.

MACF Series Centrifugal Fans Impeller and Volute

The MACF series centrifugal fans use a forward-curved centrifugal impeller. The impeller is integrally molded from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) plastic, and the strength is increased by ultrasonic welding of a reinforcing ring.

The volute is integrally molded from polypropylene (PP) plastic, and both the inlet and outlet use standard circular interfaces, making it very convenient to connect to standard (200, 250, 300) plastic pipes.

MACF Series Centrifugal Fans Motor

The MACF series centrifugal fans use standard motors conforming to IEC standards or GB755-65/GB760-65, with B34 mounting. The motor uses all-copper core wires and double ball bearings, with IP54/55 protection class optional, and insulation class Class B/F optional. Variable frequency motors can be configured, and explosion-proof motors are also available (only three-phase explosion-proof motors). Motors with different voltages and frequencies can be customized.
