The VRD series vacuum pump is dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. It is designed with high reliability, low noise and high ultimate vacuum. By adopting an advanced integral pump body structure design, forced lubricating oil pressure control system and gas ballast valve with different capacities, the VRD series vacuum pumps always maintains high reliability in different operating environments.

Stable and reliable
The precise integral cylinder structure, combined with the rotary vane technology that has withstood the test of time, guarantees enhanced reliability and stability.
Clean and environmentally friendly
High-quality oil mist filter (optional), effectively filtering oil mist, avoiding unnecessary pollution of the environment, with fluoro rubber seals to improve corrosion resistance and solve the problem of oil leakage.
Forced lubrication
A built-in gear pump along with constant-pressure oil supply mechanism is incorporated to provide mandatory oil supply. This design guarantees stable and reliable operation, even when the pump is subjected to high suction pressure.
Double anti-oil return structure
The automatic anti-oil return valve protects the vacuum pump from oil contamination after shutdown.
Multi-stage gas ballast design
This design meets the vacuum requirement and water vapor handling capacity of different customers, and ensures long-term stable operation of the vacuum pump.
